I'm Sherry Amankwa, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of AMEZ Family Medicine. I created this practice with a simple mission: to make quality healthcare more accessible, convenient, and personalized for every patient through compassionate telehealth services.
I believe healthcare is more than treating illness—it's about building lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication. My goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, valued, and empowered to take an active role in their health. My clinical background includes primary care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, acute illnesses, women's health, pediatrics, medication management, and critical care nursing. I have had the privilege of caring for patients in both hospital and outpatient settings, giving me experience managing a wide range of health conditions across the lifespan.
